Hi, guys.

Let me tell you the story about how I ended up here in Poland,

with this house.

This house didn't look like this.

It was my dream to live here.

Years later, when I had earned money,

I went to Poland with all the money I had and tried to see

if there was a house for sale.

And I ended up with this house,

which was in deplorable state back then.

Let's go inside.

These stairs were not here.

The whole building looked like shit.

Still we got to do some renovation on the roof, as you can see.

In the summertime, it’s beautiful here.

This looks like a little house but it is a basin.

It's an ice bath.

Here I was with the Lewis Howes’ group

Hundreds of people went in here.

The water is freezing cold here.

Here we will be entering the backdoor.

into the kitchen!

All right.

Here we are in the kitchen.

This is where my friend from Argentina,

Noel Cardoso.

He made all kinds of stuff here.

This is a cubboard he made.

And this one,

He doesn’t want to be orthodox.

So it goes a little bit like this.

I like it.

I like people doing crazy stuff,

which is beautiful,

Just to break loose you know?

And here,

I remember that I made this.

Nice door handle.

So he also made this.

The sun!

And we broke through the wall.

It's glass on both sides.

They got a present in there.

The Chinese figures, the terracotta army.

He also made these tables.

So here we are,

so many things happened here already.

Hundreds, possibly thousands people have been here.

In the winter, imagine there are 20, 25 people here sitting everywhere

and making music, doing yoga,

doing all kinds of exercises,

poems, poetry and stories.

Sitting here trying to get Wi-Fi and it's very difficult.

You got to find your charger.

and then make fire over there,

and then we have food here.

A lot of fun here.

When the house is full of all this joy, laughter and emotions,

It's amazing.

Look at this.

This is where we’ll go later.

But doesn't it look like a fairy tale?

Here it was where we did the breathing exercises to show,

with doctors here

in a scientific research program,

how to deeply influence,

much more than in science was thought possible

to enter into the autonomic nervous system and the immune system.

It has been conducted right over here.

I was standing there giving instructions to the participants.

We have shown that we have so much more power

physiologically, by our mind over our body and mind.

So this is where we always used to sleep.

This is the only trophy which I still have. The other ones I threw away.

But this one looks like what they use in the church.

That’s why I gave it to my mother

Because she believed in God and Christ.

So I gave it to her because it looks like...

it's from the church you know?

like an artifact from the priest.

Then she died and I got it back.

It’s the only trophy that I didn't throw away,

and I'm not going to do that.

It's my mother's.

Little guitar!

I got a guitar.

It doesn't sound too good.

In the beginning there where not this many beds here

but later we built all these bunk beds.

They have little lights.

Yeah it works!

Enlightenment!

Darkness.

No darkness...I am enlightened.

We have about 26 bed here in the house.

I had no money back then and so we got wood from the forest

and made it into these things.

Here we enter into what used to be the garage,

It looks a lot better than what it first looked like.

So we installed some saunas in here.

Sauna one, a little one.

And a big one for like 20 people,

15, 20 people.

And that's nice.

Let's go up.

The old stairs are still here.

Here we are.

Here we have the other room

full of bunk beds, as you see.

It's kind of cozy.

You know, very rich people sometimes come here and suddenly they have to sleep

like they are on a summer camp.

And then at the end of the week they really appreciate it

because they get back to simplicity.

Okay let's go to this place here.

The old sewing machine is still here.

And the old typewriter.

Yeah here I said it.

This was 2010,

‘’What I can do anybody should be able to do’’.

This was BEFORE the studies.

Here we are,

this is the attic.

And from the attic we built a practice room.

As you see,

It was full of dirt here.

Just dirt and dust.

There was no floor, there was nothing.

You could not walk here because you would destroy the ceiling of the first floor.

This instrument, which has been made out of the pipes we found in the garden

are called ‘tubular bells’.

The breathing exercises have been conducted here.

Release the trauma’s.

You can go everywhere

and make changes.

All laying there and so many emotions and release happened here.

This is a place where trauma flies out like birds.

Good!

Yes.

We are able to go

out.

When I was not here,

they placed these bars because people got in and stole things.

So I hade this made but now it kind of looks like a prison.

Whatever.

Here we are in the garden.

This is a nut tree.

In the summertime this is a really nice garden, it looks totally different then it does now.

That is a cherry tree.

It has fallen, but it still bares a lot of cherries.

Hundreds, thousands.

Let's get in, it's too cold outside.

Turning off the light.

So this was the house, more or less

I was looking at eight different houses,

this one was in the most deplorable state.

But then the real estate agent said:

‘’There is a beautiful spot nearby here, because you like nature.’’

And now I am going to show you that spot.

Let's go.

Look at this; Firmly anchored into this wall is this gate.

Look up.

This gate is all about these dragons,

For me the dragons are like a symbol

This is where we conquered the free wheeling energies of ignorance.

We brought this portal where in the ignorance has manifested in itself

and froze into these dragons.

The gate to wisdom goes through bravery and facing your fears.

There we go.

This is what the real estate agent showed me.

I was sold.

I saw this.

I saw this cleansing power.

And now thousands of people come to do the same.

We jump from up there,

I knew, that this was the place I needed to have.

I was sold

I didn’t care about the deplorable state of the house.

It's okay because this is here.

This is going to cleanse me.

I’ve been here so many times

going in to this place,

It really cleansed me.

It’s the cold.

All year round, this water is cold.

It is stronger than your shit.

That's it.

This is happening every day now.

Much more then before.
