Question:

What is your favorite type of music?

I know that I’ll get the shivers of flamenco music.

Yes.

[singing in Spanish]

I still have to learn a lot.

[singing in Spanish]

Something like that.

And so, yes.

I love Flamenco music

I love to learn and keep on learning.

I never had a teacher who teaches what I hear,

and I meet all kinds of people, and then I take on their music.

But, you know ‘Woodstock’ great music.

Rolling Stones, great music.

Any music that comes out of the heart

is my type of music.

What is my favorite dish?

My favorite dish is dependent on my appetite.

So what I do is I onlyeat once a day after 6pm

when I'm full of appetite, I really like to eat anything.

But most of the time it's vegetarian.

And then once a day,

just once a day

with big appetite.

What happens when you have a big appetite?

Your eyes become bigger.

Your senses are being activated

You want food.

You only see food.

You go and you are more alert.

Your neurology is being trained and stimulated by not eating.

Nowadays they call it ‘intermittent fasting’.

But I've been doing this for 40 years already.

I felt it that way

and whenever I feel the appetite coming, I still have to wait for 4 hours.

Like at 2:00 in the afternoon,

my appetite is starting but I have to wait until 6:00.

It's when the neurology is being stimulated.

Don't forget

what is my favorite?

My favorite is to just eat with appetite,

whatever it is.

In Dutch, we have this saying.

It says “appetite or hunger makes raw beans sweet”.

“Raw beans sweet”

Think about it.

How do you want your food?

When I arrive at 6:00 in the evening

and I get food...

I see the food and I'm crazy...

And it's an experience.

Food is an experience.

Life is an experience.

Make food life again.

Then you understand what my favorite is.

Besides that...

They say that carbohydrates are not good for you,

but I love macaroni.

The small little elbows,

with Tomato Frito

with a little bit of olive oil sand salt,

at the right moment...

Amazing.

But in the end, it is appetite

that makes you eat anything.

and let it mostly be plant based

because this world, killing killing killing.

I'm a little bit bored with

Just work on your appetite.

because then you are dealing with life and not with killing.

Have a nice meal.

What is my favorite animal?

There are several.

But if I see a cute little elephant moving around,

these baby elephants with their funny trunks

and falling over

So crazy.

It’s filling my heart with joy and...

and protection... and that's exactly what I'm doing right now.

I'm into fundraising for elephants in Asia and Africa.

And they they need our protection.

The most strongest animal in the world.

Living on the land is the elephant.

And we kill them.

They are a dying species,

not because of our physical strength

but because of our thinking.

We have to change our mind and focus on living in harmony with them.

and love them because they are beautiful.

They got beautiful sounds, they are ultrasonic beings.

We don’t know very much of the real power of elephants.

They represent the power of the earth.

I love giraffes,

I love rhinos.

but the elephants are probably my favorite.

By the way, I have two chickens here.

Sylvia and Caroline.

And they are the ladies.

And they are lovely.

Every time I see them walking away I see their asses

full of feathers and...

And they are so busy and so strong.

They are really the descendants of the dinosaur.

I can see it.

They eat pretty much everything.

They love me and sometimes they pick me when I’m standing near them,

in my toe...

maybe thinking “Hey that's a nice little insect I can eat”

but it’s a piece of meat.

I love my turtles, my goldfish, my dog and my little chickens.

And besides of that, I love my son, which is also a mammal.

What is my favorite with my animal?

Possibly.

Yeah.

It's always the same thing.

It's your own son.

This ridiculous little being who's training me,

He’s not even two years and he's already showing me how I have to train during the day.

He is amazing.

So yes... favorite animal?

Elephant and my son!
