I feel like a young guy.

I feel very strong and flexible.

I keep on being excited as a...

as a young guy.

Every day I got the opportunity to work on my soul

to be everlasting.

Happy,

Kind,

Humble.

This is a bird reserve

and there is a...

spoonbill colony right over here.

The little white things you see over there

is nesting...

...spoonbills.

And I don't want to get too close...

because I don't want to disturb them.

But they are here.

I love them and they are very cute.

They've got a spoon kind of beak.

Like

Some of the most important lessons of life?

Enjoy!

Be who you are!

And recognize that,

here where you are is perfect.

To be everything you need to be,

going within me and seeing purpose.

That was the greatest thing I took on in my life.

A mission to help humanity become...

happy, strong and healthy.

Where do I see myself in 10 years?

Just being more into life, into the mission.

To be strong, happy and healthy.

Creative.

Doing festivals of music...

with a message, and enjoying every day!

They call it retirement!

I'm not retiring.

I'm getting back to simplicity.

Just being alive.

Enjoy. In joy.

Go for great things.

The experience I have of life

makes me able to go more

into the depth of life,

into having the chatterbox

not present.

Me just being alive,

being great as I am.

That recognizing that

it's just great.

Wow.

What are the most memorable events...

situations...

happenings in my life?

I think it was the science,

showing that we are capable of so much more

to go into the autonomic nervous system

and the innate immune system

has been really revolutionary.

Then of course,

all my children.

Every time a child gets to be born,

it's where you are...

just flabbergasted,

and connected with something greater.

You can feel it.

You can see it. You experience that.

And all the moments that led up

to the Wim Hof method becoming so big!

I'm still flabbergasted about that.

Amazing, because I didn't start...

to think that I would become famous

and have a name and to do science and all.

Totally not.

So I'm also flabbergasted

by the way life unfolds.

So I just keep on pushing, going...

you give the best, you get the best.

That's what I've seen.

And I know the valleys

and I know the tops.

But it is worthwhile, the whole journey.

Just give it all and you get it all.

Are there any personal goals...

or aspirations in the coming future for me left?

A lot!

I want the Wim Hof method

to be implemented

in all the health care systems in the world.

It's for free and it works.

It's effective, powerful.

And it should be out there.

That's what I want.

So that will take a lot of translation,

a lot of pushing, a lot of work,

‘cause the existent health care systems...

are very much built upon...

medicines and pills.

We have internal healing power.

Start to use it consciously.

You will bring down inflammation.

It's all there. It's no fantasy.

It's real.

That is the Wim Hof method

and I wish to be implemented

in the whole wide world...

and give people the translation of their own power.

It's not my power.

It's theirs.

It's yours!

Yeah!

What are some of the biggest challenges...

I've faced in my life,

and how did I get through them?

First of all, my relation ships,

the family,

prejudice,

a lot of Prejudice.

And I kept on believing...

that got me through.

Just keeping on believing.

And that must be the power

that every moment builds up to...

the next moment.

the next moment.

If you believe, you invest, you invest, you invest.

And even though, there's not manifested yet...

what you believe in.

It builds up.

Imagine 45 years of believing...

how much power that becomes

once it gets through the existent paradigm.

Where in you belief was not granted

it becomes big, like a tsunami

‘cause every moment was a drop

then it becomes so big

nothing is able to withhold it anymore.

It breaks through.

It's what happened to me.

So keep on believing.

Keep on having faith.

‘cause you earn all to be beautiful,

to be strong, to be you yourself,

the way we really are.

A beautiful soul.

Everlasting.

Unbreakable.

What role do I see I'm going to play

in my family, the community and society?

Wow, a big role!

I really, really

do anything in my power...

to make it all better ...

in my family and the community and the society.

And yes, I keep on going.

As I age, I will keep on going with that

and in full vigor.

And I'm strong inside.

By being humble...

and by listening to life itself

accept the way it all unfolds

and do my best.
