Wim Hof Method review - Cold exposure by top athlete
I’ve been taking cold showers for more than 15 years.
So I think I’ve trained myself in that way.
And because I’m an athlete I think my cardiovascular system is already trained quite well.
I train twice a week so my lungs are in good shape.
So I loved taking the ice bath.
And I also had done it before.
I never tried drugs but it’s like a positive type of drugs.
Because it feels so uplifting in a weird kind of way.
If I had to go in an ice bath again I wouldn’t hesitate
because it's nice and feels really good.
It really gives an energy boost.
So that makes it a very positive experience
Which makes it something I’m looking forward to.
If you’ve never tried taking an ice bath it can be quite scary.
But because I only had positive experiences I never associated it with something scary.
No, I thought it was really nice.
It went very well.
And I was really relaxed. I didn’t get cold at all.
So yeah, that made it a really positive experience.
