Have I ever done my method for an hour or more?
Yes sometimes I really do it very long.
That means breathing sessions for 1 or 2 hours,
Going really deep.
Then another pillar is the cold.
Go one hour or more into icy water.
Yes, I did that.
And when exercising the mindset,
and following its intention.
until realization happens.
From the unseen to the seen.
I did it all
Many times.
Love it.
What if 30 or 40 or 40 breaths do not cause the tingling sensation anymore?
I say the tingling sensation is not the destination.
It's not the goal.
The goal is effectively cleansing your body into the depth, into the lymphatic system.
and that is being done by exercising the sessions.
In the sessions, three or four rounds,
maybe five rounds,
maybe 50 breaths,
60 breaths.
Follow your feeling.
Your feeling is your guide.
The guide to the deepest of yourself.
Every time.

I'm not feeling anything during the breathing,
Am I doing the breathing exercises wrong?
I say “no.”
It's not about what you directly feel.
as ‘big’ changes etcetera,
Big changes are happening during the retentions (breath hold).
One minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes.
Just check the time,
because you have to be alkaline to stay 3 minutes without air in your lungs.
It's a huge change,
but sometimes you're insensitized,
you don't feel it (anymore).
Maybe your flow is great
and you have no blockages
and you don't feel too much.
But then look on your watch and you see that you’ve been holding your breath for 3 minutes...
without air in your lungs?
What a big change that is.
It has changed science
Why not you?
Doing the breathin correctly, you will cause all kinds of changes in your body.
You can sense them and you can feel them.
But if you do the sessions anyway right and you don't feel too much,
how long are your retentions?
1 minute, 2 minutes or 3 minutes?
Because that should be possible.
And then you KNOW you are exercising a big difference into your biochemistry in your blood,
because you make it very alkaline.
And that's the aim.
To cleanse your body of acidic states,
of soreness,
of chemical residue.
And that only happens when you become alkaline
and you become alkaline...
when you do this
And when you do this for 2 or 3 minutes,
then you know you should be alkaline.

Don’t force it.
Is it better to do the breathing in a cold or warm environment?
‘Warm’ I would say...
Because that’s when you open up your body
through bringing a difference in the blood,
in the biochemistry of your blood,
You become more open and more sensitive.
And therefore, if you do the breathing,
put a blanket over yourself
or do it in warm temperature.
Better.

Do I have advice for how to not tense up when doing the breathing?
Slow down the breathing,
Stay in control.
That's the way.
Is it normal to laugh
while doing the breathing and cold showers?
Oh, I sing in the cold shower.
I love it and with the breathing,
sometimes you see ridiculous images
Amazing.
Or you get release of energy and you laugh.
What is laughing?
Laughing can be reacting to something ridiculous,
something,
Just energy.
Because your mind doesn't grasp.
Like a good joke.
