Fasting...
I’ve got a great challenge,
a great adventure.
We are indoors,
And we resort most of the time to food, television, this and that.
Let’s make it an adventure.
a one day fast...
is a reset of your body.
Learn to feel appetite.
It’s an absolute exercise of the mind,
and then the food the next day is going to be delicious.
Tomorrow you (stomach) are going to get everything you want
but today I (mind) am in charge.
You are the one to decide that you are the boss over your food,
over your mood
Food and mood coming together
you learn to regulate it.
We are eating too much,
too much,
too much!
We are not working and we are at home,
let’s not eat!
You are going to be an addict of not eating one day a week
because you’re going to feel so great.
And…
it is cheaper for your wallet.
The challenge now is,
every Monday join me in fasting.
Take on...
a lot of water,
a lot of water.
Tea you can have.
But nothing else.
And then you will find that the challenge is within your mind.
