"Our community is the best" | Wim Hof Method

Cool, huh?

Whoa...

Yeah, that was awesome man!

So, my name is Farid Hashemi.

I do the Wim Hof Method because it gives me good energy.

It used to take me some time to get rolling.

But once you do, and once you get the hang of it, it clears the mind very well.

This is the effect that I get from the breathing method.

The cold is another, but it's mainly just knowing how much more you're capable of.

The way of looking at life.

Wim is a phenomenal man.

He really is as big as this is let's just say, for lack of a better word.

He's very humble.

This place right here that's ...

I mean it's awesome. You got to love it!

It's next to a fucking river!

And it's got this environment, but it's very humble for what he could have.

Wim wants to be involved. He's right with us in the pool,

In the room, doing breathing, answering questions,

Having a fire with us.

You know, doing all this. So you got to love that!

He's what a leader should be. Lead by example!

Yesterday we did a hike through mount Snezka.

It was a pretty rigorous hike.

I don't know how long it was, but at least 12 or 14 kilometers long.

Everyone made it to the top with no issue.

And you're looking at people that are all age groups,

No shirts,

Just shorts and hiking shoes, and that's it.

And this is myself included.

And it's not something that I can picture doing before this.

So there's that part.

There's the health benefit, there's the clarity.

There's the community that we got.

We became very tight, and now we're family.

We support each other, we help each other we

You know, we all know each other very well

We've had a great time together, and it's the best week of my life!

And that's just because of how much

How much I got out of it.

And the more you involve yourself, the more you get.

And all the fun we've had together!

You know, everyone's so close, everyone's so close!

I never could picture 25 people, 28 people

Living in a house with four rooms in Poland, from 9-10 different countries.

Getting along like

They've known each other forever, and they've been best friends.

So I think that that's one of the coolest parts about it.

Something that's under looked is this great community.

Wim wasn't with us yesterday when we went on the hike,

And together as a team we all made it to the top, we all had a great time together.

We all looked out for each other.

And we all did it together

For a vacation, so to speak, people don't pick Poland, in the middle of winter,

When it's freezing and below freezing, and go take a dive in the in a cold pool.

You know, and pour out their emotions,

And go hiking without shoes, and somehow have a good time.

It's so good!

That cumulative experience, that I recommend. I highly recommend it!
