Okay here we are...

They all came to the Netherlands.

Wow...

On a rainy day.

Yet...

Everybody is like thaw.

They create their own sunshine from the heart.

There was an amazing atmosphere.

The energy is great.

Really uplifting.

And they know they are the future.

The greatest power of the universe,

that is ‘love’.

It’s like a drum coming from the earth.

Seeping through your feet and going upwards towards your heart.

Its a drum.

Shut your eyes, breathe, and listen.

So what they are doing is interchanging all kinds of workshops.

It's very interesting to see what they all bring to the table.

Besides of that,

it's like a family.

So thank you guys

So the best thing for me, being a Wim Hof instructor

is seeing the change in people when they take back control over their anxiety

and their stress response.

Our minds can be a prison

but our mind can also be the key to total freedom

and the Wim Hof Method totally unlocks that for everyone.

Thanks to the method I’ve been sober for three years.

I live in abstinence.

It saved my life

and I can pass my experiences to people who are addicted to alcohol, drugs and gambling.

There's so many people out there suffering with mental health problems.

So getting the magic out there,

helping other people using the breath, mindset and cold water.

It's amazing to see the benefits it's having on people in such a short time

that I've been an instructor

and the community is awesome too.

I love teachings the Wim Hof Method because for me it's all about connection.

Connection with other people, connecting with yourself,

connecting with nature and embracing everything that is there.

To see the impact on people's lives,

how it's changes them from being afraid from off the cold

to see the shift of loving the cold and loving the body and connecting to the body,

and seeing that fire in their eyes after they get out of the ice bath,

That’s the best thing in the world.

To come in and do the breath work and they do the ice and they leave.

and they got the ‘ice smile’ and they look ten years younger.

For me, that is that is magic.

That is magic.

We do that in one day.

What more do you want?
