Ofcourse the therapeutical power of the cold is amazing.

But I can,

I can use freezer,

a chest freezer in the summer time.

and have great cold experiences.

And in the winter, I cannot just ‘turn up’ the sun.

and cast the darkness away.

I only have cold outside and dark days.

I love the summertime

when the life is easy.

A cold shower or an ice bath?

An ice bath beats it all of course,

but a cold shower also is very good

I choose an ice bath

I know that in my best times,

I had no money at all.
