Yogurt Recipe For Breakfast
So I'm just going to real quick show you how to use a scale. If you turn it on
with the bowl on it it's gonna tear and put it to zero then anything that you
put into the bowl such as yogurt is going to be the net amount. So in this
case we want a cup of yogurt and that turns out to be exactly a cup of yogurt
250 grams I'm just gonna scrape the bowl here and get just a little bit above but
252 245 whatever is... a cup of yogurt. Then you tear it again and I like to use
a little bit of stevia this one you can get at Costco
it's called organic stevia in the raw. The best stevia is pure concentrated
stevia powder so if you can take one if you want to kind of tart two if you need
it a little sweeter then we hit the tare again and now it's going to zero out so
now we can see whatever we're adding after that so we're adding some
blueberries and we're going to do about 30 grams of blueberries that's 30 grams
then we hit the tare and we get a zero and then we want 40 grams of pecans
and you don't have to tear everytime but that just keeps the math simple we want
25 grams of flax seed
there's 25 and I like about 15 grams of chia so that would bring it up to 40
I know the numbers cut off here to save battery and that's it leave a comment to
