Top Chocolate You Should Eat - Dark Chocolate vs Milk Chocolate
Some people claim that chocolate is good especially dark chocolate, but there's a
big difference between different forms of chocolate. So a lot of people will eat
this and this has 18 grams of sugar per 28 grams so it's like 2/3 of pure sugar.
The more sugar it has the more addictive it is. So they tell you that one
serving is 28 grams while it gets addicted then you're not going to stop
at one serving so you're going to keep eating and eating and eating. The peanut
ones are a little bit better because the peanuts is fills out with some fat and
protein but even so it has 15 grams of sugar for 28 gram serving and again
you're gonna keep eating because the sugar makes it very addictive. So let's
look at some better alternatives so then some people say that they eat dark
chocolate so now it has less sugar well not necessarily it has a little bit less
sugar but like this one it tastes really nice it's one of my favorites but I just
don't eat it it has too much sugar it has 47% cocoa powder cocoa solids in it
and that means that the other half is all sugar so it has 19 grams of sugar
for a 40 gram serving so again that would be too much sugar and if you

sugar kill you so you want to keep it to a minimum so I want to step it up
once you have to about 70 plus this is 78% now you have 7 grams of sugar in a
40 gram serving so if it has 78% cocoa then it can't have more than 22% sugar
if you get the math so you want to get up to at least 75 78% somewhere around
there and what you're going to find is because it's not so sweet it's not so
addictive and it's more satisfying a little bit goes a long way so for
squares is what they call a serving but you might be satisfied even after eating
2 squares would be half a serving and now you'd have 3 and 1/2 grams of sugar
once your work your way up you're also going to find that your taste buds
change and you don't crave the sweet so much so now you might be up to like an
85 percent this is where if I have chocolate this is pretty much what I eat
and this has 5 grams of sugar for 40 grams servings but I would only eat one
or maybe two squares so in two squares you get two and a half grams of sugar so
now you can give yourself the treat once in a while and not feel so bad about it
