Is MILK GOOD or BAD For You? (Real Doctor Reviews The TRUTH)
Milk is a relatively hard food to digest. So when we get it as mammals we
get it from mommy. Whether we're a baby or a cow. It's alive it has
enzymes and bacteria and it has things in it that makes it essentially
predigested. So that's the form that all mammals on the planet get it -
straight from the source. Then they pasteurize it. Now
not only do they kill off all the bacteria and all the enzymes and
everything that's supposed to be in it. They also denature some of
the proteins and then on top of that they homogenize it you change the fat
structure. So now it's a very very tough food to digest because it's
completely dead. [woman off screen] That's why so many people are lactose intolerant people. [Dr Ekberg] That even a
different story right that's even a different story but very very few people
on the planet benefit from pasteurized milk i would say virtually none.
However if you can find raw milk which they can sell as pet food right you can
get buy it for your pet and sneak a little bit. Then that that is a much
better food and if you get yogurt then they added bacteria back those bacteria
grow they start making enzymes and they bring that food back to life now it's
predigested again
