WHO IS STRONGER? | CALISTHENICS PUSH WORKOUT CHALLENGE
what's up guys it's Michael Fair and
today we're gonna do a workout challenge
together with y'all like we're gonna do
a handstand push up workout it's are
pushing strength day today and then one
of the last YouTube videos that we did
together with Moraine some of you asked
us to do a challenge just between the
two of us so that is exactly what we're
gonna do today so

alright guys so we're gonna start with
the heaviest exercise which is the
ninety degree has a push up
we are still like at the in the
beginning of this exercise we maybe can
do one or two reps so it's gonna be a
really hard exercise and we always like
to start with the hardest exercises at
the beginning of the workout and then
slowly we're gonna build it off so let's
start with the first exercise and see
who's gonna win the first exercise

alright guys so we just finished the
first exercise I did a 90 degree Hansen
push-up straddle has a push-up but with
bent arms and yelling it a full 90
degree handstand pushup so that means
with straight legs but he used his
elbows and we actually don't know which
one is harder because the funny thing is
that I cannot do the exercises Yannick
is doing and he cannot do the one that
I'm doing so you guys have to make the
decision who won the first exercise now
we're going to move on to the second one
which is Hazard push-ups
with the nose to floor so let's go

really this event alright guys so that
was the second exercise and Michael won
this challenge he did actually four
hands push-ups with the nose to floor
he beat his personal record I managed to
do only two well my record is 3 so it's
not in it for me today but maybe the
next exercise we're gonna do a half way
has push-ups and we're gonna go until we
have a 90 degree angle in the elbows so
let's do this

alright guys the time for the next
exercise
I just finished releasing some tension
in the muscles after doing a lot of
hands and push-ups we're using this
massage to get from eight away you can
find the link in the description it's a
really nice one with different speeds
and also different attachments it's
really nice alright so now it's time for
the next exercise and I didn't know if I
mention it but this is just a real raw
workout that we are always doing so
we're working from a hard exercise to
easier exercises and we're also always
doing a negatives or some kind of a hold
and as we are focusing on bent arm
strength today we're going to do a bent
arm blanche hold first we're gonna do it
without a resistance band so let's see
who can hold this exercise longer let's
go

alright guys so that didn't work out
very well for me but anyways we're gonna
move on to this exercise but then the
assisted version because we both can do
this straddle first you without the band
for more than 10 seconds and we both
want to move on to the full 90 degree
hasn't push up so that's why we're gonna
practice the full memory hasn't hold
with the assisted band so we're gonna
get more comfortable in that position
so let's go

all right so in easy 15 seconds so that
means that we're gonna do with this
exercise with a lighter that

alright guys so I did 20 seconds with
the green man and now with the yellow
one I did only 4 seconds while Michael
there's 15 seconds with the yellow band
so he's also winning this exercise
alright so now we're going to move on to
the last exercise that's going to be
assisted blanche push-ups so let's do

alright guys so that was the complete
workouts the last exercise we did two
different variations two different
levels and yarmulkes with the first
variation more repetitions and I had
with the last various mark this is so
you guys have to decide again who's the
winner of the last exercise but anyways
it doesn't really matter who's the
winner of this complete workout we are
just challenging each other and that is
why we are progressing each and every
