show you guys this new product that we

just received last week from one to fit

and as you can see it's they pull apart

but it's more than just a pull apart and

that's what we're going to find out in

this video and also make sure to watch

so in this video we're gonna have a look

at this product and as you can see it as

it is right now it just looks like a

pull-up bar but it's way more than just

a pull-up bar because you can actually

transition this bar also into a dipping

station also to do a straight bar

dipping station you can also just get it

off the wall and transition into a push

up bar so in this video I'm going to

show you a few exercises on each

variation of this pull-up bar so the

first variation is actually the pool bar

itself so let me show you guys a few

variations that you can perform on this

all right so as you guys have seen you

can perform pulling exercises but also a

lot of core exercises with this

variation and now we come to the

interesting part that is actually the

trick that you can apply with this

product and that is that you can just

get this booty station off the wall and

now as you can see with a few other

attachments to the wall and that is for

a dipping station so here we go guys

now it's a dipping station I will show

you also a few exercises which you can

perform with this variables

alright guys so with this variation you

can also do a lot of core exercises you

can do push exercises such as the dips

but also tricep and bicep exercises and

now comes the most interesting part and

that is that you can actually transition

this part into a straight bar so let me

show this real quick so it's actually

the same method as a to the bar but you

won't hang it on the higher ones you

just hang it on this one so there we go

guys and now you can also do straight

bar dips and let me show you this

exercise real quick

alright guys so I just showed you to

straight my lips but we're not finished

yet we have another variation of this

piece of equipment so you can actually

put it off and use it on the ground so

you can do like different variations of

push-ups of course you can also do

push-ups just on the floor but you can

actually use this as an elevation to do

like decline push-ups or incline

push-ups but also some true-self

exercises so I will show you a few

exercises with this variation

beneficial thing of this product is that

it's pretty mobile so you can just hang

this piece of equipment into your

bathroom or something because you can

just put it off the wall and it won't

or to use for a bathing or something

just to cover it in your bathroom or in

your living room so that's actually also

beneficial that it's pretty mobile and
