tour through the Netherlands that's my

some freestyle we're going to practice
the 360 are we gonna do shrimp flips and
we're gonna close the workout off with a
basic circuit like the sick bump so

so we just finished an amazing day we
had a good workout with France with
everyone we first started with the
muscle ups the Strix for Muslims because
I am practicing for the upcoming
calisthenics City battle which will be
next week I think I had three good ones
today and also I did a handsome push
ship which I'm training for as well and
Henry friend of us he brought
parallettes which we're a little bit
thicker it was just a lot easier
actually to do the handstand pushup
so we are definitely gonna buy those for
us as well and yeah let's see if we can
make like faster progress after the
handstand we did the 360 muscle up at
least we tried we are really practicing
for the 360 muscle now for me it was
just complete the today it was
video didn't work out well and for me I
tried a lot and a lot and after six or
seven times I finally got my first 360
Millsaps I've been practicing this for
so long and I'm just so happy that it
finally worked out for me so and for me
actually like the 360 months of didn't
work out well for me so instead I try to
do the shrimp flip which was actually
the first time that I practice it and I
think I have the control right now and I
know the technique but I just need to
practice a lot more so I hope like this
summer that I will get and catch my
first shrimp flip and we will see if I'm
gonna get it so this was the first tour
we did in the Netherlands and maybe in
like one or two weeks we will visit
another Park it is actually in heart
awake and we will actually go there with
some other people some youtubers so yeah
we're really looking forward to that
and yeah that's it we will get you in
