Performing Calisthenics in Front of 100+ People! | MOTIVATION
what's up guys Yannick and my career
from calisthenics family and today we're
gonna do our first calisthenics show

alright guys so today it is Sunday it's
a beautiful day today
and we are invited by CrossFit Nijmegen
a local gym enemy in our hometown to do
a kinesthetic show it is actually the
first time that we're gonna do a
calisthenics show so we are very excited
we don't know what to expect but we have
like prepared something
yes exactly it's actually an event where
they have like three battles and the
earth like short breaks and in those
short breaks we're gonna do a
calisthenics show for about 10 minutes
right yes and actually I'm gonna get the
show together with Roy that's the same
guy that you saw in the last video with
the backflips yes and unfortunately I
cannot do the show I cannot join because
I'm suffering too much from our elbow
injury and I don't want to put too much
pressure on my elbow so that's the
reason why I'm not gonna join but
instead I will be filming the whole
event so I will be the videographer
today and yelling is gonna do the show
so eclis let's do this right yes exactly
so I'm actually very curious about how
many people will be there and how it's
gonna be but I think it's gonna be a
great day
in the god

alright guys so we are here at the
CrossFit in the basement we are actually
preparing for the show we're doing a
little warm-up and practicing some lost
skills let's get to work

warm-up and we practice some lost skills
that we're going to perform we're gonna
do the show in about five minutes right

okay so how did it go first demo I think
pretty well we had a list with specific
exercises we were about to do not really
we didn't do anything everything in
there variety and in right sequence as
well yes we just we plan to do about six
exercise together right yeah six or
seven and some individual exercises and
I think everything went well except that
we forgot it to do a few exercise
yeah a couple ones okay so they forgot
to do a few things so you still got to
do it right better do it now better do
it now okay oh it's gonna hurt and
how do you feel about the results
yeah well actually I think it went
pretty good I think of the crowd was
really happy of really excited to see at
doing this cool stuff because you know
this is CrossFit and CrossFit is really
different than just calisthenics I never
saw something like this I think and they
actually said you should go to a circus
or something no not yet maybe next year
maybe next year also yeah so next year
Michael will join too yeah like my
injury so for then I'm gonna do this I'm
gonna do like you flag with two people
and triple from leaver exactly stuff
like that okay so but overall it went
pretty pretty good yes anything else
that's it yes that's it alright guys so
we just got home from the show that we
just give at CrossFit Nami and I filmed
the whole show and yo Mike did the show
so how did you how did it go it went
actually pretty good I think we did
almost everything that we planned to do
so there was a really big crowd
more people than I expected to be asked
I actually was a little bit nervous this
morning to do this show but when I
arrived at CrossFit it was all gone and
I just yeah I just was excited to do the
show really cool also to film the show
and actually it's really cool if you
look back at two years ago when we first
started two-and-a-half years actually
ago when we first started with
calisthenics and if we look right now
that we can do our own shows at the
CrossFit gym and inspire other people to
do calisthenics and we just saw that the
crowd was really impressed with the
skills they also had a lot of questions
for us about calisthenics so that was
really nice so this shows guys once
again that consistency is key no matter
what your goals are like calisthenics
goals or just personal goals if you do
them on a daily or weekly basis you will
see progress and eventually you can go
from like zero handstand like we had in
the beginning to giving shows in two
years so that's something that we can be
proud of I think now and if we it was
really really fun to do and we really
would like to do more of these shows in
the future especially me when I'm
recovered from my injury all right so if
you know any gym or CrossFit gym organic
GM that wants to promote calisthenics
and more and want to inspire like the
members of the gym to do calisthenics we
are always open to do a to give a show

we are working on for almost three
actually the whole summer already but
yes almost finished now we are like
combining the last bits we are designing
the food program Yanik how far are you
right now
yeah actually almost everything is done
so the program's done the concept
concept version of the design is done I
think I need one more week to finish the
e-book and then yeah we can release it
yes and also we also almost finished the
free calisthenics guy that a lot of
people have been asking us about the so
that will also be released very soon and
also we
our birthday is coming 17th of November
so that might be a nice time to release
the the calisthenics trainings guide so
also the full journey right and also of
