we have organized a calisthencics fitness retreat in spain, ibiza

eating, doing fun activities, playing sports and relaxing and enjoying the sun
yes, we already announced this on instagram but we have adjusted the trip a bit
making it really a lot cheaper now
so a lot more attractive for everyone. it is a really nice trip!
we have dinner together, breakfast we give calisthenics workouts every day
so there are also a lot of new things to learn
and besides that, the island will be explored and of course we have free time
then we go chilling on the beach with everyone. this is really going to be a great holiday
it is also a very nice way to meet new people
people who have similar interests such as sport and adventure
yes as yannick said it is now a lot cheaper we have adjusted the price

we hope that the weather will be better soon, otherwise the installation will be difficult. but that will be alright

I coached Fabian a while ago

We are now going to the gym because it is time for a workout again

All right ladies and gentlemen, I just got home from our weekly group training
today we had a calisthenics test, every Wednesday we give group training
I will show you some pictures of the training
we had done pushups and all kinds of other exercises
where the participants could take a measurement of their current level
in two months they will do the same training again and then they can see if they have become stronger
I am now in the kitchen to take a protein shake
because after training you want to provide your muscles with some protein for muscle recovery
I always take stracciatella myself and michelle usually takes banana
Do you like it anyway? - Yes!

Fun! it is a bit different as the gym
Work out with your own body weight once! - Yes it was heavy, but it was doable
