My Morning Routine for DAILY Success & Productivity

standing in my bathroom right now
because in this video I'm gonna show you
my morning routine for daily success
motivation and productivity so let's get
this video started

alright guys so this morning I filled my
whole morning routine and I'm gonna show
you the routine in just a second because
guys if you want to get the most out of
your day you need to spend the first
part of your day by taking care of you
and also it's a fact that how you start
the day is also how you end the day so
most of the people start their day in a
reactive state so for example checking
social media the first thing when you
wake up checking the news hitting the
snooze button and that really puts you
in a negative state and even can cause
stress and anxiety so to avoid all of
this a morning routine really helps to
not start reactive but in a proactive
way so I have a checklist with some
habits that I follow every single
morning to get the most out of my day
and I'm just gonna show you every single
habit and I'm also gonna tell you why
you should do it as well and what the
benefits of each habits are so let's get
into my morning routine alright guys
welcome to my morning ritual good
morning and the first ritual is waking
up with my alarm in the next room

so this way I make sure that I wake up
and they consist this time every single
morning and a knife don't hit the snooze
button over and over again like I used
to be doing in the past so 7:00 in the
morning let's start at 8:00 so then the
first thing and I basically do is taking
a shower I first start with a warm
shower just to get myself awake then I
use some shower gels with a fruity
flavor because that smell activates your
senses and then I finish my shower with
a cool shower because that is definitely
what helps me the most to bring me from
a sleeping state to an active state and
next that I also really believe in cool
therapy it's just a very powerful way of
resetting your nervous system and
reducing information that's actually
also why I started taking cold showers
because I suffered from it go over elbow
in the past which is completely gone by
now
or I've cold shower done now let's do a
weight check-in every morning

all right so wait check is done I also
have a little to see check every morning
especially when I'm in my weight loss
right now definitely see more abs right
now all right so after that weight and
physique check-in I just do my normal
routine to get myself French for today
by shaving brushing my teeth and all
that standard stuff that you do in the
morning and I use this morning cream
which doesn't contain aloe by the way
which is very bad for your skin cells
just to get my face smooth and my skin
cells hydrated and after I finish that I
drink a full glass of water because
after 7 to 8 hours of sleeping your body
is dehydrated and just needs water to
kickstart your metabolism and also to
activate your brain all right so welcome
to my living room this is where I do my
next ritual which is my mobility routine
so by now it's 7:30 in the morning and I
do this to get some movement in for
waiting up my body getting my heart rate
up and also to stay limber so this is
not my exercise for the day and neither
my deep stretching routine or
flexibility routine but just a short
practice to get my itself away so I
either do my own routine in the morning
but I also really like to use this time
to try out new routines or yoga
practices from other people online just
to educate myself in the morning because
that always feels really good to try
some new things and learn stuff in the
morning alright so by now it's 7:45 in
the morning and we're next habit is
doing either some breathing or some
meditation and for this I use the app
well alright so as you heard from that
voice time to start the meditation
practice and what
like about this app is that when you've
opened the app we can immediately join
the daily practice of 10 minutes which
is timewise perfect for me so let me
tell you my experience with meditation
so far
I actually didn't got into meditation so
long ago for me it was because I'm
always really really busy in my head and
always thinking about the next step as
an entrepreneur and also because I
slightly surfer from a DHD which is like
a small attention disorder and that's
why I started with meditation and the
benefits are just awesome so first of
all it helps to oxygenate my body and my
brain which is good for physical health
and second it really helps to get a
clear and open mind and meditation just
really helps me to get in a relaxed
state before I start a day
so my next habit is called greasing the
groove this is a training method to
practice the basics of a specific
strength skill on a daily basis and the
idea behind this is the more you
practice the more of a bad way it forms
between your muscles and your nervous

now I'm doing it l-sit and the dragon
press on a daily basis to strengthen my
rear delts but for example next month I
do daily plank outs to increase my core
strong so I just switch with the
exercises once in a while so next I take
all my vitamins my minerals and healthy
fatty acids in and what I use on a daily

morning walk because if you train
calisthenics

good morning guys so it's a little bit
over 8:00 in the morning right now and
as you can see I'm having my morning
walk 10 minutes now just to catch some
fresh air here in the nature really
really good to start off the day so
let's continue this and get back to my
house so after 10 minutes morning walk
done time to get myself some coffee
I know it's not the healthiest option
though but I just really like it and I
also filled my bottle of water alright
one last thing before start today and
that is simmer icing this book so I
already read this one and I'm
summarizing the book so as you can see
I'm quite far with the summary already
so the main reason why I summarize a
book in the morning is because I noticed
that if you only read a book you get
like an overload on information while
not being able to actually store all the
knowledge and put everything into
practice so that's why I'm highlighting
the most important things out of the
book super I sit in the morning so I
carry it on for the rest of the day and
implement it in my life and work alright
guys another chapter done and now it is
exactly 8:30 in the morning time to
start my work 8:31 3 alright morning
routine is done so let's check all these
boxes right here
so guys as you can see this is my habit
she that I use every single day and
every single week have been doing this
since the start of this year and of
course I have good weeks and also bad
weeks here I'm writing my notes of the
week and I just try to get better every
single week and see what works for me
sometimes I just adjust some habits and
last but not least guys this is my desk
planner that I used to write down my
tasks that I have to do today so I'm
just using a really simple task planner
from Monday until Sunday and I write
down my most important test that I have
to finish today so these are already
done right here so these are more
work-related and these are more personal
related and everything that I do next on
top of this that's just an extra but
this is what I have to focus on today so
let's get to work and let's get a day
