How We Get Stronger | Our Calisthenics Strength Workout ft. Stan Browney
what's up guys Michael Frater from
calisthenics family and as you can see
it's a beautiful day here in the
Netherlands and today we're going to
show you our current calisthenics
strength workout we're gonna travel all
the way to the coast of Holland to the
Hague because Stan Brown is gonna join
us for this workout so let's do this

alright guys so today we are with Stan
brownie we're gonna do a strength
workout we're gonna start off with
muscle ups and do handstand push-ups
we're gonna do
Archer pull-ups we're gonna do a
handstand push up against the wall and
at the end we're gonna do a basic
circuit like we got a sick pop hey are
you ready yes what a workout gasps let's
go

all right so the first exercise that
we're gonna do our muscle EPS but first
we're going to warm up so we're going to
do some Muslims with resistance bed and
we first start with purple band just try
to do like three reps and then we're
gonna start with the actual muscle ups

so I'm gonna wear the gloves so I can
still do my muscle ups trying to do
strict for muscle ups so maybe three to
five reps with a better and clean for me

exercise handsome push-ups but before
that we also first start with some
freehand standing just to get the
balance in hold that straight as

second exercise the handstand push-ups
and this exercise guys has helped me a
lot with the pledge you might have seen
my stylized progress from the last six
months so this is one key exercise and
we're gonna try this for three to four
sets and we're gonna try to the hands
and as deep as possible so head to the
floor

going to be the arch of pull-ups and we
go we love to alternate between push and
pull exercises so we just hit the hands
and push ups and now we're going to do a
full movement so arch pull-ups it's a
really good exercise for your straight
arm strength as well and ultimately you
will gain also strength for the one-arm
pull-up which I cannot do at this moment
but I'm training towards it so let's do
this first we're gonna try it without
the band and after that we're gonna do
it with the resistance band so we can
get some reps in so let's go

arm for like one rep each and then going
for the widow's going also without shirt
but mymy Apsara compared to the genetic

impossible dips you're gonna train for

if we're gonna try to do negatives as
well and then after that we're gonna end
this work it off with the circuit so
let's go to the next exercise

gonna do the impossible dips but we
cannot do the full and possible dips yet
so we're gonna do assisted impossible
dips we're gonna help each other in the
back we're gonna do like negative
repetitions and then we're gonna help
each other up and partner and positive
smart and possible did
