How to get BIG ARMS from HOME

gonna show you guys the perfect workouts

all right I said welcome to the video
and welcome back to the office so in one
of the latest videos
we shared a fool chest workout so we're
now doing a new workout for you guys
this time we're focusing on the arms on
the biceps and the triceps because our
gym is still closed and I think that
most of you guys don't have access to
the gym at this moment so we're gonna do
a new workout that you can do at home or
at the park so basically we do this
workout just anywhere so in this video
we're gonna focus on bicep and tricep
and we're gonna have a lot of variations
for each muscle and also different
progressions of this video is for the
beginners also for the intermediate as
people out there alright so we're gonna
start off with some tricep exercise and
the first exercise is a tricep floor
extensions make sure to place your hands
a little bit in front of you to create a
90 degree angle in your elbows when
touching the floor and you can even make
this exercise harder for placing your
hands a little bit more forward and then
you will also feel the core a lot more
and if this exercise is a little bit too
hard you can also perform this on your
knees and you can also add progressions
here by placing your hands a little bit
more forward
so the second exercise is to offer an
extension with the Rings you can also
perform this exercise on a bar if you
have access to a bar and make sure to
move all the way down until your hands
are behind your head and then press the
Rings away while keeping your elbows
inwards with this exercise it's also
really important to keep your body nice
and straight and you can do this by
engaging the core and your glutes and
you can make this exercise harder or
easier by using a different height of
the Rings

all right so the third and less exercise
are the bench dips and my brother Mike
got a comment here all my arms that it
looked huge in this angle it's just
another proof that bodyweight training
also can make big arms so with this
exercise you want to make sure to drop
all the way down until you have a 90
degree angle in your elbows and you can
make this exercise harder by using an
adaptation for your feet or even add
weights onto your legs

tricep exercises for this workout and

obvious excercise worked out feel was it
too easy or was it to her personally for
me it's more extension must be ripping
our exercise when I started with my
testing journey but nowadays I'm always
incrementing this exercise my basic
workouts and it is my favourite tricep
exercise that was the tricep section of
this video so now let's move on to apply
some exercises that do this all right so
the first exercise for the biceps are
the bicep curls if you have access to
rings this is just a really good
exercise and try to bring the Rings
towards your forehead and extend the
arms all the way down to watch a hanging
position make sure to keep your body
nice and straight by engaging your core
and if you don't have access to rigs you
can also simulate this exercise with
resistance bands just like you can see
here

all right so the second exercise for the
biceps is the one-arm hammer curl this
is quite a challenging exercise and you
want to grab the bar with a neutral grip
and then pull the ring towards your
forehead if it's too hard to keep
balance you can also use a wide stand
with your feet but make sure to keep
your body nice and straight
so don't lean too much to the side you
can also perform this exercise with
resistance bands if you take the bend
with a mutual grip just like this and
this exercise is really targeting the
outer side of your bicep meaning the one
you can see here in the middle of my arm

alright so the third and less exercise
for the bicep is the reverse Y sub curl
so you're gonna grab the rigs and then
lead forward until you're in a hanging
position from here you want to use your
biceps to get up straight again so if
it's too hard you can do a few steps
forward to make this exercise easier and
if you don't have access to rings you
can also simulate this exercise with
bends so tired a bent around something
at the height of your waist and I'll
walk forward until you feel a good
stretch on the band from here pull the
band all the way to wash your shoulders
and then extend the arms all the way
backwards just like this

exercises for is our workout and my
personal favorite exercise was the bicep
curl with the Rings I can do about
either petitions we booth for at my body
