and today is kind of a special day
because I've been doing the coaching for
almost a year with a client from the
other side of this country and I've been
inviting him for a few times now man and
he finally has the possibility to come
over here at the new gym so you're
finally here
I oh this is Raphael I've been coaching
him for 10 months now and we've just
finished our work out our first workout
together actually and yeah it was a
really good workout and we also for the
first time did some real-life dip so
normally I did give him some tips via
Skype he sent me some videos and I gave
him some feedback so now for the first
time yeah we actually did hands dance I
give you a few tips and you really
improved already during this session
right yeah so you got a tip about your
legs so yeah about the coaching can you
maybe tell something about your
experience from the last last year of
coaching with us yes of course I've
started almost a year ago
training with calisthenics family with
Yanni and it was really a great start
the beginning we based our trainings on
the basics and that's really something
important to start with and for sure
I've been for sure I've been realizing
during my journey that's focusing on the
basic is the most important things at
the beginning beside that have been also
getting a lot of tips from you Yanni
over lifestyle over
habits and and good ways to learn to get
your goals at the end of the day this
adventure started really good and is
going ahead really also really good and
I'm really happy to be still here and
with Yannick and after today I'm sure
I'm gonna be coming here more often
because it's like it says the name it's
like a family slowly you become part of
