Get Shredded with this High Intensity Lowerbody Calisthenics Workout (10 min. follow along)
what's up guys it's Michael from
calisthenics family and today I'm
together with my girlfriend again
with me Shannon because today we're
gonna do a new fat burn workout this
time you're gonna focus on the lower
bodies so let's start this video guys

alright guys so welcome to the video in
the last video we did a fat burn workout
focused on the upper body and this time
we're gonna do a similar workouts but
now focus on the lower body so we're
gonna do six exercises again in a
sequence and this time we're not gonna
have 30 seconds rest but we're gonna
work for 45 seconds and then have 15
seconds rest so the intensity of this
workout is going to be even higher and
with this workout we're gonna alternate
between leg exercises and also exercises
for the ABS so and as you guys know
we're currently in the middle of our fat
loss journey today it's day 17 so we
have two weeks left before our fat loss
journey ants alright guys so and also
you guys can also follow along with us
right now so make sure to get ready get
a mat and get some water because we're
gonna start the workout right now I got
a time over here so let's get this
workers started are you ready yes let's
go yes okay let's do it
three two one the first exercise are the
burpees without the push-up let's go

fifteen seconds come on
droop as far as you can

all right 50 seconds rest next exercise
is going to be for the ABS so let's sit
down and we're gonna do bicycle crunches
for the side apps and no answer yes

try to get at least 20 repetitions

all right so next one is also an
explosive movement this time the jumping

matter alright let's like exercise this
one is the classic squat so I'm gonna do
the deep squat and you're gonna do the
normal regular squat 90 degrees alright

make sure to bring your knees outwards
and not inwards like this bring them
outwards try to get at least 15 to 20
reps

all right 15 seconds rest now the last
exercise is that twister for the site
apps are we gonna lay down on the mat
again alright five seconds four three
two make sure to keep your core
activated

nice good job good work so completely
destroyed so this one is more for
conditioning right the other one was
more got a more pump for everbody all
right so we just finished the first
round but you can notice this routine
ask for a lot more conditioning so it's
really good to work on your condition
with this routine and it definitely
stimulates fat burn so guys try it out
for yourself there was the first round
we're gonna do at least three to five
more rounds from now on and then we
finish the workout so guys I'm just
