this video I'm gonna do a six pack app
workout that you can do with me here on
the beach and next to that guys tomorrow

started with this six pack abs follow
along workout routine alright guys so
let's start a six pack F workout so the
only thing that you need is a towel to
start this follow along working with me
but before we start I just want to
mention that it's really important that
you have a low body fat percentage if
you want to see in physical apps so if
you still struggle with some over weight
then I highly recommend you to watch and
follow along with some fat loss workers
that we did on a YouTube channel as well
I'll leave the link right here but for
now let's get into this six-pack ABS
routine so I prepared several exercises
that focuses on all the aspects of your
six-pack and that helped me the most in
the in the patch to get a six-pack so
let's get started and let's follow along
with this workout alright so the first
exercise are V ups so and with this
exercise we focus on the lower abs so
let's get started we're gonna do 10 reps
so get your legs in the air and also
your hands in the air make sure that you
have contact with the ground and now
we're gonna go up into into a fetal
position for ten repetitions three two
one one
two three four

eight nine less one then all right so
now we're gonna do twisters to hit the
side apps we're gonna do 20 repetitions
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 then make sure that
you lean a little bit backwards your abs
contracted 15 16 17 18 19 20
all right now let's move on to the side
hit first this exercise is really good
to hit your obliques your side ABS so
you're gonna stand in a straight arm
plank position make sure to bring your
hips forward
and now bring your gluts towards the
ground and raise back up 10 repetitions
in total 2

for make sure to hold a little second
right here and then go back down five
six seven eight nine ten
all right go side
no rest let's go one

then and hold for a little second
alright so now we're gonna do mountain
climbers basically elbow mountain
climbers also to hit the lower part of
your abs and also your obliques so for
this one we're gonna do ten on both
sides so start in a elbow plank position
and now make sure to have a straight
plank position to squeeze your gluts
together and activate your abs activate
your core and now we're gonna bring our
right knee towards our right elbow
that's one and now the left side - and
really make sure that you touch your
elbow that's really important to hit
your obliques three four five six

very last exercise also for your lower
abs and your obliques you're gonna do
windshield wipers the basically a leg
race but now we're gonna bring our feet
to work the side so bring your legs up
and now twist them to the left side
bring them back up to the center and
go to the other side that's one we're
gonna do ten of them

alright guys good job I can really feel
the burn I think you do as well right
now and like I said this this whole
workout is really good to target your
complete abs you will probably feel this
in your upper abs your lower abs your
side ABS and even the lower portion of
your side F right here because we just
hit that with the last exercise the
windshield wiper so guys that's it for
this workout and you can do this workout
for like two or three rounds to get a
proper six-pack F workout right here at
the beach and soon enough you will be
walking on the beach with a six-pack so
