all right so as you probably know I'm
currently working on my straddle pledge
since the start of this year and in the
last videos I've been showing you my
pledge progress from the first month
from January until April so the first
four months so first let's take a
flashback to the first video of this
year when I set the goal for myself one
of my biggest goals for this year is to
that's my goal for this year alright so
that was the goal that I set for myself
at the beginning of this year until now
I've been showing you my French progress
at the first four months and in this
video I'll show you the highlights of
the first four months and also my
progress of the last two months
so from May and June and so let's have a

like wow so that was my straddle flange
progress after six months of training I
can say that I'm really really happy
with results and I'm pretty proud of
myself that I managed to get from a
stock flange at the beginning of this
year to a straddle planche for like two
maybe three seconds I know that my form
is not correct yet I still have too much
bent arms so I'm gonna try to get it
straight so that will be my goal for the
next coming months to get my flange
better and with a better format more
straight arms and I got a question for
you guys if you guys want to see a video
on how I trained for the planche like in
volume and frequency what exercises I
did how many times I train per week and
some tips that I can share you that I've
experienced along my journey please let
me know in the comments and if I get
enough comments I will definitely do it
so that was it for this video guys
thanks a lot for watching and if you
liked this video please put a thumbs up
it really will help me a lot and if you
guys want to see more about my training
methods and online coaching which we'd
give as well please visit our website
calisthenics family calm and that was it
for today peace out guys
