Netherlands and we just want to share us
muscle progress after six months of
training we used to do basic exercise in
the gym trying to build more muscle and
making more and more weights but we want
to do more genitive exercises and we
love the idea of training outside and
then we solve people doing muscles and
we really got inspired by this move so
we decided to change our workout plan
and started to train for the muscle ups

we really struggle to do one mess up and
now after six months you can be up to
seven much more so now it's time to work
of strict four muscles and even harder
variations
to make sure to pull our calisthenics
