Do This to Lose 5KG FAST Before Summer
What’s up guys! It’s Michael & Yannick here from Calisthenics Family.
And in this video we will show you how we are going to
lose 5KG’s or 11 pounds before summer and how you can do this too!
Today marks the first day of our 8 week summer shredding challenge.
That’s why we both just did our weight check-ins and physique checks
and I checked in at 84.7KG
and this is what my current physique looks like:
And Yannick checked in at 92kg
and this is what yannick physique looks right now.
So in the past months we both put on some weight on purpose
to build strength and to gain some extra mass
but as you should know,
gaining weight always comes with an increase in bodyfat too
so now it’s time to get rid of that fat!
Our goals before summer are to Drop around 5 kg’s,
Get shredded,
and maintaining as much muscle & strength as possible
The main reasons for us to drop some weight
are looking better and leaner during summer,
but mainly to weigh less
so our bodyweight skills become easier to perform,
such as the muscle up, hspu, human flag etc,
Because summertime means show-off time right!
So how are WE going to approach this
and how can YOU do this too?

For this fatloss challenge
we have chosen to follow the intermediate program
with 4 H.I.I.T sessions per week
alternating between upperbody and lowerbody workouts
The best thing is that we have already used this program before
during another 30 day shredding challenge
were we both lost around 5KG’s
and we have seen the same results from our clients
that followed this program.
So we are 100% sure it gets the job done.
So let’s get started with the first workout of the challenge
which is an upperbody workout with 6 exercises
where we will do each exercise for 30 seconds on
and take 30 seconds rest.
