Do this 5 minute Core workout Everyday to get strong in Calisthenics!
What’s up guys!
A few months ago we made this
5 minute daily core routine
that helps you to build real core strength
to learn Calisthenics skills faster
today we are doing a similar routine,
but slightly different so you can mix these routines up.
So let’s remind you guys again that if you want to learn calisthenics skills
like the l-sit,
handstand,
back lever,
or the human flag
that you don’t need visible abs
You should certainly NOT do the standard ab exercises
but instead you should do isometric core exercises
to build an insanely strong core
So the routine that we are about to do
will help you to improve core strength
and will program the right body positions into your system
With each exercise I will give an easier variation
if the regular exercise is yet to hard
so that the routine is doable enough
that you can consistently do it
Because the more you practice this,
the faster you’ll get stronger in these movements
