Do this 10 Min Workout for Big Arms Without Weights
Whatsup guys it’s Yannick from calisthenics family
today we’re going to do a complete arm workout in just 10 minutes
without using any weights, but just some bars and the floor.
As always, this workout is designed for any level,
because we will add variations for each level
so you can complete this workout as a complete beginner
but also if you have quite some training experience.
Aright so we all know that the arms consists out of the tricep and bicep,
so today’s workout is designed for optimal muscle growth in these areas.
The exercises in this routine are ones
that I’ve been doing since the start of my journey,
but I also added some newer ones that I’ve been doing recently
that targets the muscles even more effectively
than some that I did earlier in my journey.
Today’s exercises are also incredibly effective for building arm strength,
which helps you to unlock literally any Calisthenics skill.
Think about it,
all exercises require either tricep strength or bicep strength,
so the stronger they are,
The easier you will unlock these calisthenics skills.
Let’s get into the workout,
we’re going to do 5 supersets each consisting out of 1 tricep exercise
and 1 bicep exercise.
We’re going to perform each exercise for 30 seconds
and get 30 seconds of rest after each superset.
If you cannot keep up for 30 seconds, don’t give up,
but switch to the given easier variation.
