Do this 10 Min Full Body Calisthenics Workout to Target all Muscles
What's up guys, it's Yannick from Calisthenics Family!
Today we are going to do a complete Full Body Calisthenics Workout
that targets every single muscle in just 10 minutes!
This workout is doable for any level
because I show you 2 variations for each exercise.
All of the exercises that we are going to do are extremely effective
to build a solid strength foundation to move on
to harder calisthenics exercises
such as the Muscle up and Handstand push-up.
So besides gaining real functional strength,
these exercises are also perfect for building muscle mass,
I’m even doing these exercises every single week
to make sure that I keep developing muscle mass.
Alright let’s get started, we’re going to do 8 exercises,
and we’re going to perform each exercise for 30 seconds
and we're going to take 30 seconds of rest, after each set.
If you can’t keep up for 30 seconds, take a 5 second off
and try a few more reps afterwards.

I can feel the pump in my whole body
but if you have some extra energy,
you can do 1 or 2 more rounds.
if you do 3 of these workouts every week consistently,
I promise that you will build incredible strength
and muscle mass, that is MORE than just mass,
in fact you’ll be able to unlock impressive calisthenics skills
with your own body weight with these kinda workouts
which is the exact reason why I quit the gym 10 years ago
and started with calisthenics only!
