Do this 10 min Abs Workout Everyday to get Sixpack Abs Before Summer
Hey guys, It’s Michael here from Calisthenics Family,
Today I’m going to be taking you through
a Complete 10 min Abs workout
that anyone at any fitness level can follow along
without the need of any equipment
to get sixpack abs just before summer!
We have designed this workout for both getting sixpack abs,
but also for building real core strength.
That’s why in this workout we will alternate between
dynamic and static core exercises,
which both are essential for building abs and getting a strong core.
The best part of this workout is that you can do this every single day,
because it only takes you 10 minutes of your time.
To make sure you can complete this workout at your level
we will add easier variations with each exercise.
We also want to emphasize that a sixpacks only comes
with a low body fat percentage,
so make sure that your diet is on point.
You should be aware of your calorie maintenance level
which you can calculate online and from there:
aim for a slight caloric deficit.
When it comes to your diet, always aim for whole foods,
low sugar & unhealthy fats & high protein food sources.
