Doing Calisthenics in Santa Cruz
what's up guys it's mike here from
calisthenics family welcome to a new
vlog of my life here in dana reef our
second vlog this week we have a lot of
awesome things on the planning again but
first it's monday and on monday i'm
always starting with my online coaching
check-ins i'm currently coaching seven
people at the moment and at this moment
i'm about to check in with them and with
this coaching i basically
we create a workout plan a meal plan and
we have like weekly check-ins together
and i as a coach check-in to see how
your current weight is going but also
your nutrition
your results your training results like
your wraps and sets and we also as
coaches we check the videos that our
clients send in and we just provide them
from feedback so they can
implement that feedback and move on and
improve the technique basically so
that's what i'm about to do right now
and it's just so awesome to see those
people progressing every single week
and i actually have three spots

and wednesday is my standard leg day so
that's why i got this gym subscription
over here to train my legs because i
like to strain my legs still with
weights i think that's still the best
way to train legs although i mostly do
calisthenics so let's get inside and get
a proper leg workout in

and today i'm here with my sister we
will do some sightseeing so let me show
you some spots of santa cruz of my
sightseeing over here

sightseeing over here it's on the cruise
and look
where we at we just
came across this insane armenia pro
calisthenics part and just look at the
view this is the most beautiful part
i've ever seen in my life the mountains
in the back and also
the harbor on the side
it's just really amazing so i definitely
gotta do a trick over here in this park

all right guys it's friday right now at
5 00 pm and i literally have been
working
all day long at this computer setup
right here i started at 7 00 am in the
morning and i just finished my work i
actually plan my workout around 3 p.m
outside at the calisthenics park but i
really had to finish some business now
i'm just gonna do a quick workout here
at home because you know the best part
of calisthenics is that we can train
everywhere and i just don't want to skip
my workout so i'm just going to be
creative and create a little setup over
here and do a quick workout afterwards
we're gonna eat out and probably have a
few drinks so let's get that workout in
and prepare for tonight

what's up guys so today it's sunday and
we decided to go to a less touristic
beach called el midano
it's a really nice place here with a lot
of water activities as you can see
really nice
windsurfing kite surfing
so we will stay here for the day do some
reading and i will also do my cardio
because always on sunday i do my cardio
to keep up with my condition and cardio
so let's get a quick beach cardio
session in and then let's chill out for
the day

surf school right here we're gonna do
some windsurfing for the first time i've
never done this before so
gonna be a new experience so let's do
