off with the bench press so let's do

alright guys so we just finished the
weighted exercises the bench press the
overhead press and the weighted dips now
it's time for a basic circuit and what
we're going to do there's four exercises
50 repetitions for each exercise I'm
going to count them down so we're going
to do dips Pike push-ups regular
push-ups and price extensions and when
you have 10 reps you can mark one down
until we completed all the exercises so
we already started my class already been
doing 50 dips I have to do 20 more dips
and then we gonna go

alright guys so that was the workout we
finished at 200 repetitions in total as
you can see with dips Pike push-ups
push-ups and thrice of extensions and it
was really awesome workout we did the
compound exercise for the very first
time in 3 years and it actually went
pretty well and we're going to do this
workout from now on every week at least
until 2000 at the new year so let's see
how far we can come with the compound
exercises and it was kind of a different
workout of course so let me know if you

man thought that maybe that classic

endurance but went pretty well as well
