Calisthenics Chest BRUTALITY Workout | Follow Along
what's up guys it's Michael and Jana
care from calisthenics family and today
we're going to do an insane chest
workout we're going to do five different
exercises today yes and we're gonna
target just in different angles we're
gonna do lower petitions I'm gonna do
medium repetitions and we're gonna do
our repetitions to both get the strength
the hypertrophy and endurance yeah so
it's gonna be a really intense just
workout that you can follow along with
us and the first exercise will be the
forward lean push-up after that we're
going to do the decline pushup following
by Diamond push-ups then incline
push-ups and we finish it off with a
white push-up bolt and we're going to
start with five repetitions so that will
be the strength building phase and with
each new exercise we're going to add
five more reps so we will start with
five repetitions with the first exercise
then ten repetitions then 15 then 20 and
then we will finish off with 25 seconds
of the push-up hold all right guys and
the good thing is you can do this
workout with us anywhere you can do it
at home or at the gym
or maybe at the park it doesn't matter
the only thing that you need is a box
and maybe a mat and then we can start
with this routine are you ready yes

forward lean push-ups five repetitions

round five different exercises of 50
reps in total and 25 seconds of a hold
you want to do this at least for five
rounds okay and then in total you will
be doing 250 reps and you want to try to
do this as fast as possible so this was
our first round we are going to do four
more rounds right now we want to keep
this video short so we leave you guys
