a new year that means new challenges for
everyone everyone that's doing
calisthenics from the first week of this
year we're gonna do weekly changes so
we're gonna do these challenges to give
you guys some insights of calisthenics
because calisthenics involves lots of
different exercises so it's gonna be
really helpful for you guys to see what
kind of exercises you can do to get like
a handstand or back left bar or just to
get a stronger body so the first check
is gonna be the bring celica push-up
challenge because we are together we're
going to do different variations you can
do it on the ground you can do it on
parallel to the Rings so Michaels gonna
do it on the ground I'm gonna do it on
parallax and that see we can really
