this week it's time for another
challenge and what are we going to do
today today we're gonna do pistol squats
and we're gonna do a little rap
challenge so today we go through a
pyramid first we're gonna do one pistol
squat then it follows with two pistol
squats three faces cross four five six
seven eight then and then we'll see when
we like fall on the ground and also we
have to say congrats to the winner of
the previous challenge which is Roy you
get to mix and set hold for one minute
and 44 seconds so respect really good
that's pretty good yes

alright so that was the business squat
challenge
so what's yourself yeah so we did one
rep two three four five six seven eight
and then now I I did nine drops with my
right leg and each reps with my left leg
AHA almost there so how did you do got
nine on my right leg and nine on my left
leg from our result is nine and this
result is 8 so what does that mean you
say so that means another point for me
that means 3 points for me
zero points for you but you were very
close there's no 1 repetition so I
needed just one repetition more on my
left leg and then it was a tie yes so
yeah this challenge for this week try to
do this pyramid try to do as much as
fast as you can
yeah and let us know how much you can do
what your level is and it doesn't really
matter how much time you take in between
the sets we took about 30 seconds or
maybe 1 minute in between the sets but
yeah just make sure that you're gonna
try it and if you beat this then we'll
definitely give you a shout out so if
