Amazing 30-DAY Body Transformation by 2 Brothers | Bodyweight ONLY
this is how I looked 30 days ago before
we started our body transformation and
this is how my brother looked after the
winter while watching our food properly
I reached over 80 kilograms on the skill
and I also gained a lot of extra body
fat my brother almost reached over 86
kilograms which was the heaviest he had
ever been and as a katasonych athlete
that is far from optimal because the
heavier you are the harder body weight
exercises like this become next to this
increase in weight we also got a little
lost in our own worker routine due to
all the distractions that we get in our
daily life and especially in our work
such as shooting videos working on our
own calisthenics park in our own
hometown organizing our first
calisthenics worker retreat in a pizza
giving a lot of classes workshops and
even a personal master class in Italy
while still working on our online
business social media and their own
websites also go to parties and drinking
a little bit too much of alcohol and
having some epic cheat meals was almost
very optimal for our own body
so because of all these distractions we
basically lost a daily worker mentality
that we once had and we wanted to bring
the training mentality back like we used
to when we started training together in
our own backyard without skipping any
workouts any longer so that's where we
decided to start this 30-day boarding
transformation challenge consisting out
of daily workouts daily morning cardio
and healthy and feegan foods only and
why to lose body fat and to get the best
physique as possible especially before
he went to a pizza so I set the goal for
myself from 80 kilograms to 75 kilograms
and my brother's goal was to go from 86
to below 80 kilograms so the first day
in Italy we started with more in cardio
and we ran all the way to the top
we made our very first vegan blend
assisting out of many new fruits and
vegetables once we got back home we had
our first workout in our own new
calisthenics park and we made sure that
we did our strength work but also
a lot of reps and says to increase fat
loss after two weeks we both lost around
two kilograms
I reached 78 kilograms in the skill and
my brother 82.5 in the third week we
started to watch our food even more and
we tried out many new foods and
healthier news we also increase the
intensity of our own cardio routines day
by day

after three weeks I lost two and a half
kilograms and I started to see visible
abs and my brother lost already over
five kilograms which was really epic and
then it was time for the last week week
four time to burn off those less
calories by getting daily classes doing
lots of work out challenges and of
course many beach workouts when we got
home it was time for the last check-in
and we both restore girls of 75
kilograms and young even 77 kilograms so
it was time to show off to yourselves
that we have been working so hard for

this challenge we also created new
habits for example we still start a day
with a morning workout and rank our
daily vegan blend with many new boots
