what's up guys my girlfriend today with
Martine and Merton followed our
eight-week personal online coaching and
yeah he did it for it for the past eight
weeks and it was just amazing I'm really
proud of him from France he just started
from zero and now it's just amazing so
much progress in this video more time is
going to talk about his progress his
experiences you will also see some
footage of the beginning of his journey
and also a flick a twin transformation
program I just want to say that I'm
really happy that I did this and it was
a big step but yeah really proud of
myself

for the past eight weeks I've been doing
the online coaching from calisthenics
family and today I want to share with
you my experience so yeah at the
beginning I had little experience in at
the gym but yeah I was always like the
guy who wanted to work out and get
leading at more lose weight but I was
just not that motivated to to keep going
and so yeah that's why I tried the
calisthenics program I really loved the
idea of the food pool body control and
just being able to Train everywhere and
outside so that's why I wanted to start
calisthenics but I just didn't know how
to start I came across with kinda static
family and yeah I just thought let's
let's do the program let's go for it
this time and yeah it really helps you
out because it's just you have to be
motivated yourself but like my chorionic
can just be like that little extra push
to keep you going and not even help you
not feel so that's why I'm for the first
time I did not feel and that's why
you're also seeing the pictures I'm
really proud of myself that what I
achieved in the last eight weeks because
I really thing I really didn't think I
would achieve this much because at the
start I was able to like three to four
coulombs and now I've already hit nine
pull-ups at one set so it's really
amazing how far you can come if you just
keep going and yeah mark from Yannick
and Micah are really experienced they
know a lot to give you great feedback
it's really fun to just share your
videos with them and they give you
feedback and like every Sunday you can
go to your computer and you see like oh
they've got new feedback and yeah it's
just it's just nice that they're proud
of you and if you do well they give you
great feedback and they can help you and
you see yourself improving and you grow
so much so that's really amazing so all
I can say is for me it worked really
well and I was really
happy that I did this and after this
eight weeks I can just continue with
even more improving and yeah getting
more the final goal I really want with
my body and my skills so yeah I'm really
happy I did this and I can recommend it
to all of you and yeah thank you very
