weekly calisthenics challenge this week
it's time for a stretching challenge we
brought a sister and she is gonna join
the challenge of the day - last week we
did the core challenge and we did three
exercises and we got a winner

stretching video and we're gonna do 7
stretches that you must do to get
flexible because calisthenics also
involves a lot of flexibility if you get
more flexible you will see better and
faster results in your skills for
example so the challenge is we will do
seven exercises and it challenges to do
them every day for seven days long so

hey guys so these were the second
stretches that you must do every day so
that is a challenge so make sure to do
these exercises everyday with the coming
seven days you could do to your own
level we did different levels we get
some easy ones and we did some harder
ones if you cannot do the harder ones or
just people with the simple ones and
make sure that you try to beat yourself
every day and hopefully after seven days
you're you're more flexible that's the
goal this challenge it's very important
with calisthenics to be flexible so yeah
that's the goal okay guys so like we
said before we do not already do like
strength exercises or skill exercise but
we also do a lot of flexibility
exercises and these kind of exercises
are we doing every day every workout and
and mostly also after our workouts so
try to implement these exercises in your
own workout routine and you will see a
lot more progression in your overall
skills or strength and also some of the

focus on strengthen skills but also on
