5000 CALORIE CHALLENGE IN 1 HOUR | WHO IS FASTER?
what's up ladies and gentlemen michael and yannick here from calisthenics family
and as you can see we are going to eat an epic cheatmeal today
as we said in the previous vlog we are going to do a calorie challenge
5000 calories for me and 5000 calories for yannick
and the two of us will try to eat this calorie as quickly as possible
and our goal is to achieve this within an hour
briefly explain what we are all going to eat
To start with, we have this pizza, around 1100 calories
we have 5 donuts, ben and jerry's ice cream that are 1200 calories
we have a bag of m & m's
1000 calories is a whole bag, and we also have a bottle of AA drink to wash it away a bit
but there are therefore 300 calories so yes I am curious if it will work
yes so this is really an epic challenge we have never done a calorie challenge before
so we thought we should give it a try
and we do this now because today is the last day that we can still eat unhealthy
Because tomorrow we are going to Italy and then our 30-day body transformation begins
and then we will only eat vegan food for 30 days and therefore pay close attention to our food
so this is the last day that we can go over the edge
and that is it completely we just want to go that border
so we just don't want to eat unhealthy anymore for the next 30 days
so we are going to heat this pizza and then we will start! stay tuned!
ok ladies we are sitting at the table and the pizza is nice and hot
so then we start! it is now eight past half past one
and then we will see who is the first to finish everything, so 5000 calories
are you ready for it? Yes! let's do this!

the donut and pizza alternately and I do the m & m's in between
it is already becoming less fun
now about half the donuts and half the pizza
that pizza is easy! Yes, 1 donut is about the same as 1 slice of pizza in terms of calories
okay ladies and gentlemen, just a stand
it is now 3 for 2, which means that we are now working for 19 minutes
in 19 minutes I have a whole pizza and 5 donuts on
so what I normally eat on 1 day I have now eaten within 19 minutes
not normal! and how far are you?
I have a small pizza slice and 1 more donut
so after 20 minutes, yannick is the forerunner
in the meantime we will open this box

and I open it now and all I see is chocolate

Normally I am really an ice cream lover, especially chocolate
I think that's super tasty! I am less of the fruity ice cream.
but more of the tasty caramel and chocolate sauce, oreo and stuff like that
so this one should go well in it, I think, but we'll see
I think you should eat everything as quickly as possible
if you take a break your body will process it all and that will make it more difficult

and that means that we're half past midnight, and going about the same speed
oh shit! No, yannick is already a lot further
we are therefore about half the number of calories but also about half the time
so continue ff! it's starting to get harder

I just have to eat it so that the geowon completely comes out of my throat
so I can no longer see chocolate, ice cream and pizza for the next 30 days

so I have a little longer than an hour to recover
and tomorrow we are going to italy!
we are going to italy for 6 days because we are going to give a master class
we are going to give personal training to a Dutchman in Italy
and we will give that person a calisthenics master class for 6 days
So we are going to Italy tomorrow and then of course we will make incredibly cool videos
and then you will see that in the following videos!
