1 Month Planche Progress | Calisthenics
what's up guys Mike over here come get
us at x-family some of you guys might
notice I'm currently working on my
Blanche one of my biggest goals for this
year is to get a straddle branch and I'm
trying to get a straddle branch in the
summer at the end of July that's my goal
for this year the Instagram I asked you
guys if you would like to see how are
trying to pledge I've been working on my
Blanche what type of routine so I do
therefore I'm sharing this video and
with this video I would like to share my
pledge progression after one month of
training so from the first of January
until the 1st of February and I actually
never really straight seriously for the
pledge in the summer of 2017 I did do a
Blanche challenge for 30 days but after
10 days I just have got too much pain in
my wrist so I stopped
sometimes just random during my workouts
I try to do it Blanche like a dick
Blanche but never really trained
consistent on it but despite the fact I
never really trade for the Blanche I
don't a lot of straight arm work and I
think about the handstands and also a
l-sit to a handstand with straight arms
so I've been really working on my
straight arm strength for the last year
so therefore it it has also been easier
for me to start with the pledge so I
kind of already have some strength that
is required for the basics of the pledge
but now I really want to get that full
strength - in order to get a straddle
planche
ultimately a full fledge that's what I'm
trying to do from this year also one of
the biggest reasons why I'm sharing this
video with you guys is because it
motivates me to keep going and to keep
striving for the planche because my plan
is to do a monthly progression video so
therefore but I kind of feel the need to
keep working on my branch because I know
I have to share my progression after one
month right so that's that just
stimulates me to keep going and then
it's also the way I train and coach
people myself they need to fill in a lot
Luke they need to fill in results and
because they know at the end of the week
that they have to share their
progression with me they know that they
have to work hard during that week
because they know someone is asked for
their results but that is kind of what
I'm trying to do with myself as well but
so you guys are like my oh my god and
also with this modelling black
profession I'm not only sharing my
branch holes but also multiple exercises
that I do to train for the branches so
you guys can also see what kind of
exercise I do
and then hopefully if I'll get some
feedback from you guys that you say like
hey you should do it exercise a little
bit different or
Horseman's correct and maybe you have a
better exercise for me that I can do I'm
just sharing my full night's progression
with every workout that I do every
exercise yeah that's it

my progression of the blench training
for the first month I started this year
seriously by doing a penetrating up to
two or three times a week and my current
pledge is in the fall stick blanche for
maybe ten seconds and my goal for this
year is to do a straddle French in the
summer I want to be able to do a
straddle planche for at least five
seconds in at the end of July that's my
goal do you think that I'm gonna get it
just leave it out in the comments
and also if you have any tips on my form
or technique I just really love to hear
that we go for February with the pledge
is to do this fun stick planche for a
minimum of 50 seconds and also a
straddle planche for maybe one second
just to hold it so I hope I'm gonna get
