with my girlfriend and we're going to
show you a leg workout and we're gonna
do some of my leg workouts so it's gonna
be an explosive leg workout from my side
and also a leg workout focus on the
glutes from my girlfriend

just which own body weight so first
we're gonna do my workout and explosive
workouts we're gonna do three rounds of
that one and next that we're gonna do my
girlfriend's work so let's start the
