As many of the sessions of this serie, I’ll add a little of extra weight.
1st set bodyweight.
2nd set +7,5 kgs.
Handstand push ups + diamond push ups.

I have noticed I can’t count while doing exercises
I don’t know if I just did 5 or 6 reps.
Probably the form of the handstand isn’t good, today I’m in survival mode.
As I have already said in the 1st episode, the final goal of this serie is to stay in shape, have fun and feel the muscle tension during the sets.
3rd set I’ll have +15kgs. Then I’ll change a little bit the execution of the reps, but I’m not going to spoil it.
You know, I don’t see myself as a YouTuber or an entertainer,
I like to see myself as a trainer/motivator figure. A motivator with facts, not words.
So, I’m sorry if these videos are getting boring or they are all too similar.

Today I’m in this room so I can do this… …and do not disturb people.
I’m not ripped. That’s probably due to overtraining, I might have high level of cortisol.
But at least the arm is always good.
Maybe I should increase the reps, diamond push ups were pretty easy.
Rest just enough to do the next set.
If you wanna try a similar workout, you can do pike push ups + diamond push ups.
Or maybe weighted pike push ups + weighted diamond push ups.
If you are at a good level you can even try handstand push ups + diamond push ups like me.
Slow reps now.
Now the diamonds are getting harder
I have almost forgot to do slow reps.

Back off.
I’m going to remove the 10 kgs disc and put 2,5 kgs.
