VLOG Workout w/ Showtime GP
Today, we have a special guest!
I'm going to show you most of the workout session of the day
Also I'm going to show you a good daily routine to strengthening the body.
So you can do it too if you feel it

Just arrived at the park, I'm not going to say anything else,
I'm going to show you our skills session and then the workout of the day (so you can replicate the routine.)

So, that's it for today
We did some skills, some strengthening exercises and then we showed you the daily routine
with some basics, so you can do it too.
Pull ups + Leg Raises...then Dips + Leg Raises...then Push ups + Leg Raises and so on.
Just do the same repetitions for each exercise
we showed you 6 reps per exercise, but you can increase up to 20 reps per exercise if you are at a good level
