Hey guys, today we haven't talked much to the camera,
I have decided to enjoy the workout with one of the best in the world
planche, maltese, one arm handstand and variations,
very few people in the world can do these skills with such form and ease

We have decided to eat some carbs/sugars, because it's 6:30pm now, we were training since 2:30pm!
honestly I'm not used anymore to train this much,
I'm currently training 1 hour and half to keep myself in shape for the videos
That's it! We are going to eat, talk a little bit, breath some air
and later I will take my post workout at home.

Now I'm going to explain the supplements I'm currently take
The "Energy Aminos", it's a pre-workout I drink 30-40 minutes before my workout session...
...when I know that I can rest and recover for 1-2 days before the next workout session. (So I drink it only 1-2 per week)
"Endurance Drink" for the cardio sessions (So I drink it only a couple of times per week)
And then...the "Daily Protein Focus".
This is my favorite supplement.
I do take them with my breakfast every day
When I don't have the "Daily Protein Focus" I just take the classic "Whey Proteins" with a fruit during my post workout
Obviously every supplements a person should take is different for any person.
