Upper BODY PUMP! Home WORKOUT
Today I will show you one of my training session!
Last strengthening session was 7 days ago, and I still feel destroyed.
I’m testing a new bodyweight program that will be available in the next few weeks on my website

Don’t worry, all the sets, repetitions and time under tension will be decreased for you.
The Program will be suitable for everybody.
It starts with easy sets and reps and then the difficulty will increase week after week!
So, today I will do a light session, just to make some blood flow and to feel the pump!
But first let me drink the pre-workout!
It is arrived today the N.O. Shox from prozis, orange flavor.
I do usually drink the “Energy Charge”, but I finished it, so I decided to try this one!
It tastes good!
Let’s see if the pump effect is good too!It tastes good!
That was a nice workout session!
I trained 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Handstand Push ups, Planche Push ups, Dips, some exercises with elastic bands etc.
The muscle pump was amazing!

The pump is on my upper body and I do wear loose shorts
but at least you understand I do train legs too!
