The idea was born during the covid when most of the gyms were unavailable.

So we have worked for the past 20 months to create a convenient program.
In my opinion this is something unique, there aren’t many calisthenics programs like that, at least not in Italy.
I have worked so hard to record all the necessary exercises for the program,
