TRAINING with ITALIANS BEST GYMNASTS (2023)
We are back in the gymnastic gym today with many elite gymnasts.
I don’t wanna talk too much today,
I’ll just leave the talking to the following clips, so you get an idea of the crazy atmosphere of this gym.

Because you didn’t see how he was Saturday during his last competition.

He didn’t train for the last 6 months
this is why I have zero biceps
*Marco being sarcastic* About me...it’s 6 months that I’m…pregnant...My lower back hurts.
Marco did 5 competitions in one month only.
This is his "deload" week, this is why I'm here today, to bother him.
Marco: You don’t bother me,
but you always say that you don’t do skills anymore and every time you come here you are still able to do everything,
this pisses me off.
Andrea: That’s true.
When you train a lot, there is a lot of fatigue and stress that builds up over the years,
This is why I don’t train much these skills nowadays, I have had different little injuries during the last year.
Trust me, I’m surprised of myself too (that I’m still able to do these elements.)
when I enter in this gym I get a lot of motivation from you and this is all I need to perform.
Skills are not solid like few years ago, but still decent.
I hope you appreciate my effort today.
Marco: It’s part of the game, we were talking about this before.
It’s not easy to keep an high level like this through the years, especially when you get an injury,
everytime you have to recover the strength and conditioning and it’s pretty stressful.
We are also getting older, me more than him.
Yep, but I have half the years of training.
Marco: I have started when I was 8 years old.
I have started when I was (almost) 18 years old.
But still, when you train hard for many years "Father Fatigue" comes visit you.
Anyway I have always said that you could have become a great gymnast.
Instead I find myself making youtube videos ahahah

I have already tried some planches, maltese and random similar skills,
Just in case I get sleepy I let them do the hard work
Now I just wanna enjoy the lunch

Obviously they do a lot of technique, balance and acrobatic work.
While as for myself... I do only strength work since I’m a calisthenics athlete.
