TRAINING Session - BEST of the DAY

My wrist is stuck, I can’t do the exercises properly.

2 hours and 15 minutes since I started my training session
I’m pretty tired, I think I will do some basic exercises and then some stretching.
Then I will rest a little bit, because later I have to do a calisthenics exhibition.

You need to work these little triceps ahahah
Too much pain, I feel like my triceps are going to explodes.
Every time I do train with Christian he finishes my drinks.
Last week he finished my intra workout while today he finished my water bottle.
Christian: It was just a sip.
Andrea: A sip this big.
Christian: It was just a sip from the bottle I didn’t finish your water.
So guys, you must try this superset at the end of your training.
Dips + Triceps Extensions with an elastic band.
1 round after the other until you can't handle it anymore

I’m very tired.
It was a good workout, I tried few exercises that I didn’t train for 2-3 years.
Like maltese on the ground etc.
Now I need to rest a little bit and then I will go to the open day of the gym where I have to do a short calisthenics exhibition.
