The Routine of a BEAST Ep.2 - Full Body Workout
Something different today! Full body!
Valerio: Yes, we mixed up pull + push + legs with some core exercises at the beginning
We have decided to work in a 10 repetitions range
I think is the right difficult with 60 seconds rest between sets.
We worked on different basic variations,
Sometimes these variations are forgotten
But today we have showed you something new
Valerio: All basics exercises that might seems difficult at first, but are essential for Calisthenics
Maybe someone hasn't seen the previous video, if so, click on the tab at the top right
He usually trains 4 times per week, and every once in a while he adds a full body session
We want to show you that you can train at the park, without much equipment
There is always a way to find the right difficult with calisthenics exercises to build (and mantain) a great physique
The most important thing is to be consistent
But remember to work hard during every workout
Valerio: I do usually take 1 day rest after 1 day of workout, so my body can recover
