Strengthening Routine at the Park 🔥 Calisthenics Inferno Circuit | Ep. 02
That was the workout of the day.
Only basics exercises
If you wanna try the circuit be sure to be able to muscle up easily for some repetitions.
Repeat the circuit 3 times in a single session.
If you are an advanced athlete you can also try 5-6.
You can do the circuit at the end of the week.
It’s a good way to increase a little your heart rate and work on your basics.
Pull ups, Chin ups, Muscle ups and Dips. Speaking of Dips, this is very important:
When you do the supinated grip variation, do not extend to the maximum your arms, That’s the most dangerous part of the exercise,
Always be careful We want to stay in shape, but healthy, we don’t want to risk stupid injuries.
Little tip when you do the dips on the bar: Try to raise your hip bone, so that you can lean more forward, put more stress on the shoulders and increase the range of motion.
Having said that, try the circuit if you are able.
If there are too many repetitions of muscle up you can decrease them.

Today I have done just 1 set just to record the video, because it should be my rest day
but when you repeat the circuit for 3-4 times the pump is crazy good. Remember to rest 2-3 minutes between each set.
